My 1st son's name is Jude and we love the name Canaan, but our whole family hates it. I need some other cool boy's names. I'd like it to be from the bible if possible.

I love the name Canaan! Jonah is a good one, too. There's also Zechariah, Isaac, Abel, Simeon, Levi, and Asher. I sense that you guys wanted something a little different than Matthew, Mark, Luke or John, although those are good ones too.

Why from The Bible?!?? That really limits your list there. I like the simple ones, like David, Michael, John, ect. Though Jonah is my favourite.

I like the names Jacob and Noah
Well I hate the name Canaan, and I hope you know that Jude (after Judas) was the one who BETRAYED Jesus, so I don't see what your getting at by naming your son that. And many traditional names already come from the Bible, like Isaac or Peter. I mean what more are you looking for? Name your next kid Jesus, maybe Jude will betray him.

Edit: Oh, my bad, I see that I wasn't very "biblically correct", I'm not an extreme Christian, I just didn't know why you would name your son after a traitor. Nonetheless, I still think Canaan is a perplexing and ugly name, just a bad idea, and your request is way too specific. Why not name your son "Jesus" if no other name is good for you - you want the best of the best, not a mere apostle, you should name him 'Lord' or 'Jesus'. I'm sorry, but that's how it seems if you have such a distinct request. You can't think of any fitting name from the Bible?
